RETURNS POLICY


HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Please send a message to our support team by using the ‘Contact Us’ link at the very bottom of the webpage.  Please provide details of what you’re wanting to return and why and we organise the return and get in touch.

 

RETURN POLICY (CHANGE OF MIND)

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date in which you received it.
  • All items must be returned in the same condition as received; new and unopened.
  • Return postage for an item which isn’t faulty is to be covered by the customer.
  • You must contact us via the ‘Contact Us’ link at the bottom of this page prior to returning any items.

 

RETURN POLICY (FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS)

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date in which you received it.
  • All items, accessories and parts must be included, as well as the original packaging.
  • You will be emailed a pre-paid label to attach to the item being returned.
  • You must contact us via the ‘Contact Us’ link at the bottom of this page prior to returning any items.

 

Your statutory rights are not affected.
