Over the weekend, a major explosion and fire occurred on our industrial estate in Essex. While the incident happened extremely close to the Toys 'N' Geek warehouse, we are very grateful that our warehouse was not damaged and all of our staff are safe.

However, the industrial estate remains under a police cordon, which means we are currently unable to access our warehouse. As a result, there will be delays to order processing and dispatch.

We remain hopeful that access will be restored later this week, allowing us to begin dispatching orders again. However, if the restrictions remain in place, dispatches may not resume until next week. Please be assured that all customer orders are safe and ready to be packed and dispatched as soon as we are permitted back into our unit.

Our thoughts are with the injured firefighters, the emergency services, and the neighbouring businesses that have been affected by this devastating incident.

We sincerely apologise for the delay and thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support during this exceptional situation.
