Shipping policy

We currently ship the the UK, EU, Norway and Switzerland.

UK DELIVERY:
We currently ship within the UK via Royal Mail and DPD.
We may, on occasion, use a different courier for unusually large or heavy orders.

We offer the following services:

  • Orders Under £30:
    • Royal Mail 48: £2.99
    • Royal Mail 24: £3.99
    • DPD Next Day: £5.99
  • Orders Over £30:
    • Royal Mail 48: FREE
    • Royal Mail 24: £1.49
    • DPD Next Day: £5.99

Royal Mail 48 has a delivery aim of 2-3 working days.
Royal Mail 24 has a delivery aim of 1-2 working days.
DPD's Next day service has a delivery aim for the next working day.

Orders place before 2pm are dispatched same day, Monday to Friday (Excluding bank holidays).  Orders placed after 2pm may not be dispatched until the following day.

Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday (Excluding bank holidays).

All services are fully tracked. Tracking information will be emailed to all customers upon dispatch.

We work hard to ensure that everything gets out on time, but sometimes there can be delays. This could be down to postal/courier delays, logistical issues or bad weather. We will keep you updated where we can.

We will be liable for any additional costs incurred as a result of delayed, lost or misrouted shipments.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked with an estimated 3-7 working day delivery time.

Shipping prices are calculated during checkout.

Orders under €150:  VAT is included in your order total, so you will not have to pay anything when the order arrives.

Orders over €150:  You will be liable for VAT and Duty upon receipt - we are not responsible for these charges.

Please note, if an international order is too bulky and does not fit into a single large box, or is too heavy, we may have to cancel your order.

PRE-ORDERS

We aim to ship pre-orders so that they arrive on the day of release.

If you have purchased in-stock items at the same time as pre-ordering, then your order won't be despatched until the pre-order item is in stock.

If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, then please place a separate order.

The product release date should be visible in the description of the product on the product page.
