Refund policy

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Please send a message to our support team by using the ‘Contact Us’ link at the very bottom of the webpage.  Please provide details of what you’re wanting to return and why and we will organise the return and get in touch.

RETURN POLICY (CHANGE OF MIND)

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date in which you received it.
  • All items must be returned in the same condition as received; new and unopened with any seals intact.
    • If any seals have been broken, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
  • Return postage for an item which isn’t faulty is to be covered by the customer.
  • If you return an item(s) from an order that qualified for free shipping would bring the order below the free shipping threshold, we may retroactively apply a shipping charge in the form of a refund deduction.
  • You must contact us via the ‘Contact Us’ link at the bottom of this page prior to returning any items.

RETURN POLICY (FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS)

  • Unless otherwise stated, all our products are brand new and in excellent condition - our best efforts are made to package collectible goods in a nice sturdy box with lots of padding.
  • In the event that your delivery has been damaged, you must contact us via the ‘Contact Us’ link at the bottom of this page prior to returning any items.
  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date in which you received it.
  • All items, accessories and parts must be included, as well as the original packaging.
  • You will be emailed a pre-paid label to attach to the item being returned.

RETURN POLICY (ITEMS WITH 'CHASE')

  • DAMAGED: When returning multiple of an item in which you have a chance to recieve a 'CHASE' variant, regardless of how many are damaged, ALL of purchased items must be returned. Upon return, a full refund or replacements will be issued.
  • CHANGE OF MIND: When returning multiple of an item in which you have a chance to recieve a 'CHASE' variant, all of said items must be returned for a full refund.
  • This is to ensure that distribution of rare and sought after 'CHASE' variants of an item, which are sent randomly, is fair to all customers. Purchasing high volumes of one item, only to return all but the desired 'CHASE', places an unfair disadvantage on the average customer which we are trying to mitigate.

RETURN POLICY (MYSTERY BOXES)

  • DAMAGED: Please see the FAULTY or DAMAGED GOODS Policy above.
  • CHANGE OF MIND: Our best efforts are made to curate bespoke mystery boxes for each customer, therefore unfortunately, mystery boxes are non-refundable.
    In the case that you receive a duplicate or unwanted content, we strongly encourage you to gift the contents as presents to your friends and family.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Due to the speedy nature of dispatching your parcels, we may not always be able to cancel an order once placed.  If you wish to try and cancel your order, please email us at contact@toysngeek.co.uk. Upon sucessful cancellation, a full refund will be issued.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
